The surrounding area of Avilla Apartment is unsafe at all. My car was broken and the CD/MP3 player was stolen TWICE. The worst thing that happened recently was the car was even stolen. All these happened within a year.
ReplyDeleteApparently, when this was reported to the management office, they were not surprised at all. They even told us that this is quite frequent. Why the management is not doing anything to protect or at least help protect the interest of the residents, by gathering information and request for police patrolling, or to the extent of enlist assistance from the local authorities.
The security guard besides sleeping at work, what are they doing actually? Why can’t they also do the extra mile, patrol the area?
Is there a way to get an additional parking lot or at least for renting please?

ReplyDeleteIn term of subcon agreement with our security company, just wondering the appointed security company -do they purchase any security insurance? as I know, security insurance is one of the requirement that subcon need to comply when signing agreement.

ReplyDeleteI couldn't understand why I, as an owner of the unit had been removed from the facebook group without any verification or double checking by admin. The worst case was, I had been totally blocked out from seeing the update of the group. I asked my wife contacted the PIC, yet without satisfactory reply or should I say WITHOUT any feedback. For me this is rude and ridiculous. If this the attitude of the group admin, then fine... Sorry for my disappointment and impatient, certainly I am PISSED OFF... Need no to ask me for joining any future events held.
